Use the arrow keys to move the cursor up and down to scroll through all the files, and hit All+ selects ALL files in RAM, so you want to do the second option to select specific files. If you are backing up many types of files (i.e., programs, pics, strings), it's best to select All. A menu will be shown indicating what files you can back up.
